Network Forensics Tools Survey and Taxonomy

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá prieskumom a taxonómiou sieťových forenzných nástrojov. Popisuje základné informácie o sieťovej forenznej analýze, vrátane procesných modelov, techník a zdrojov dát používaných pri forenznej analýze. Ďalej práca obsahuje prieskum existujúcich taxonómií sieťových forenzných nástrojov vrátane ich porovnania, na ktorý naväzuje prieskum sieťových forenzných nástrojov. Diskutované sieťové nástroje obsahujú okrem nástrojov spomenutých v prieskume taxonómií aj niektoré ďalšie sieťové nástroje. Následne sú v práci detailne popísané a porovnané datasety, ktoré sú podkladom pre analýzu jednotlivými sieťovými nástrojmi. Podľa získaných informácií z vykonaných prieskumov sú navrhnuté časté prípady použitia a nástroje sú demonštrované v rámci popisu jednotlivých prípadov použitia. Na demonštrovanie nástrojov sú okrem verejne dostupných datasetov použité aj novo vytvorené datasety, ktoré sú detailne popísane vo vlastnej kapitole. Na základe získaných informácií je navrhnutá nová taxonómia, ktorá je založená na prípadoch použitia nástrojov na rozdiel od ostatných taxonómií založených na NFAT a NSM nástrojoch, uživateľskom rozhraní, zachytávaní dát, analýze, či type forenznej analýzy.

Green public procurement in Slovak republic: current state and perspectives

The aim of the thesis is to examine the current state of green public procurement in the Slovak Republic, with increased attention paid to the role of administrative workers in procurement processes and their approach to the issue of green public procurement. The research is based on the theoretical basis of similar research focused on green procurement in the Czech Republic, Stewardship and administrative capacity in green public procurement in the Czech Republic. (Plaček et al. 2021) Based on data collected from 498 public procurers, the research shows a relatively low experience of administrative workers with the use of green tools in procurement processes, despite their agreement with the social usefulness of the GPP. The data analysis revealed significant differences between public procurement agencies from municipalities of different sizes, implying the presence of consequences of extensively decentralized public administration. In general, public contracting authorities from larger municipalities show a more favorable tendency to use GPP and a willingness to undergo a trade-off between using tools of GPP and an increased price of the contract or the risk of involvement of supervisory authority in the procuring process. The thesis proposes recommendations for public policy.

New foms of distribution of television news coverage

This thesis "New Forms of Distribution of News Coverage" sets out its target to briefly and concisely describe technologies that have affected our lifes in recent years and are going to affect them even more in next few years. The theoretical part of this work consists of the brief analysis of perception of new media (new forms of distribution) through the eyes of Czech media theoretics at the beginning of the 21st. Century, then there is a reflection on the thesis of Marshall McLuhan that "We live in the retribal period and the world is just a global village". In addition, the content of this theoretical part of thesis also consists of the description and comparison of new forms of distribution of TV signal, namely IPTV and Internet video, two ways of distribution which the author finds most progressive and interesting. The last, but not least important part of this part of this work is the comparison between the new forms of TV coverage distribution in Hong Kong and Central Europe. The practical part consists of the analysis of the survey based on participation of 70 Facebook users who answered questions on whether they watch tv news or which form of signal distribution are they subscribed to at home. V teoretickej je popis marketingového procesu a marketingového prostredia.Praktická časť práce analyzuje postavenie firmy na trhu a stanovuje strategický marketingový plán, ktorý obsahuje zistené problémy podniku a stanovuje na ne príslušné stratégie tak ako na definované ciele marketingovej stratégie, ktoré sú rozdelené na kvalitatívne a kvantitatívne položky.
